AdventureQuest Worlds MMO

A massively multiplayer game that plays right inside your web browser. No downloads, no installs and it is free! Battle monsters in real-time combat alongside your friends.

AdventureQuest Worlds is a 100% browser based game with real time combat, original art, and an entire world to explore. Battle monsters and obtain weapons, armor, pets and items.

All you need is Flash and your web browser to participate in the fun with players from all over the world with the ability to meet in ours.

Create your account and explore our ever expanding world with the help of others for the first time ever in the world of LORE! New story lines, weapons, armors, special events, items, zones and battles await you. AdventureQuest Worlds is updated weekly with new quests, events, zones, wars and much more.

HOW TO PLAY

Always be kind and respectful to the other players. The current selection of servers is intended for English speaking players, but everyone is welcome to come try it out. Here are the types of servers currently available:

• Moglin Safe Server

The best server choice for children and players who enjoy a safe environment. These servers allow canned chat only, which means these servers do not allow chat. Instead, players can use a menu to make their character say phrases that our staff has chosen for use.

• Normal Server

These servers offer normal chat. At this time, until we improve our chat filters, free players are restricted to canned chat.

• Free Chat Server

These servers have chat fully enabled. Chat needs to stay rated G (no swearing or inappropriate talk)

• Legendary Server

These are Member-Only servers which have chat fully enabled. Please keep chat rated G (no swearing or inappropriate talk)

In-Game Commands

Chatting
In the lower left corner there is a chat box. Click in the chat box with your mouse (or press enter) to active it.Type in your message and hit the send button (or press enter) to say that message to everyone in your area.

Private Messages
You can send a private message using a tell.
/tell

Reply to a tell

Friends
You can now ask someone to be your friend. You can either click on their portrait or type the following command. If they accept, you will both be friends with each other. /friend Artix

You can now join a party with your friend so you can adventure together.
/invite Artix

If someone is your friend or in your party, you can use the go to command to go join them wherever they are located. This will not work for some areas if you are not both Members.
/goto Artix

Commands
To restore health and mana: /rest
Put a player on your ignore list: /ignore playername
Take a player off your ignore list: /unignore playername
To report a player: /report playername
Join a room: /join battleon

Make your character play a special animation by entering one of these commands into the chat box!

Traveling in the World
There are three ways to travel. First, you can click on your treasure box (located in the lower right of the screen) and then select “MAP”. This is the fastest way to travel and it will let you instantly travel to the area you click on. Second, you can try walking to the location from Battleon. Third, you can type /join areaname-001. The name of the area you are currently in can always be found in the lower right hand side of the screen.

Because many computers can only handle a limited number of players on the screen at the same time we came up with the idea of “instancing” areas. We do this in all of the areas currently. For example, the town of Battleon-001 allows 20 people to be in town at the same time. When person #21 tries to join, a brand new town called Battleon-002 is created. This solves the problem of crowding.

Combat
To target a monster, simply click on it. To use your weapon, click on it a second time. This will cause you to charge the monster and begin auto-attacking it.

Your Skills
You receive skills with your classes. You unlock new skills that can be used during combat the more you level up your class.

Do not forget that you can rest and regain your Health and Mana by typing /rest
