In this free browser based online game, it is your task to build up your small Polis (Greek for town) to a huge metropolis, establish a powerful army and navy and finally conquer islands far away. On your trip to glory and honour, you should also take care of the gods of the Greek Pantheon: Zeus, Hera, Athena or Poseidon’s, their favour could be essential in your victory or defeat.

There are three leagues : a French one, a German one and an English one.
From the beginning, you are set in a league and a division designated by a level and a number. For example DIII-2 means division 3 n°2. There is, in each league: 1 championship, 4 divisions II, 16 divisions III, 64 divisions IV, 256 divisions V and 1024 divisions VI. There is also: 2 world divisions and 1 world championship accessible to the best of each league.
Your objective is to climb up the levels and perhaps, one day, win the English championship or the World Championship. You’ll then have to try to purchase a performance car and an experienced driver to achieve your goals.

The money of this game is the CR (Credit Runner). It will allow you to purchase cars, mechanical parts, drivers, invest in your technical team and increase the size of your racetrack. It is impossible to have a negative CR account. You can track your transactions thanks to the accounting page which keeps record of all operations.

To new players, we advise you to read the section “First step” in the Help.

NB : All dates and hours on Ondarun 2 are referring to CET time (Paris, Bruxelles).

What you have to know!

If you want to succeed in Ondarun2, you will need to know some of the essential basics.

Firstly, the management of different types of tyres, in relation to the racetrack where your team will run, and to the weather.
Asphalt + Sunny or Cloudy = Slicks
Asphalt + Raining = Rain Tires
Snow + Any weather = Snow Tires
Mud + Any weather = Mud Tires
(The required information for making your tyre choices is given on your race order page)

You will also want to buy 2 different cars as soon as possible.
A two wheel drive car(FWD or RWD) for asphalt races.
A four wheel drive car(AWD) for snow and mud races.

Indeed, using those types of cars for the appropriate surface will give you a performance advantage over teams who don’t.

You’ll soon have raise the level of your technical team in order to buy and use better parts. We advise you to use PR, ticking the +33% and +10% boxes, because the rate “bonus CR/cost in PR” is very high (around 2400CR/PR).
Doing this will increase your rate of development significantly.

Some important notes :
- Always have Tyres , Brakes , Suspension and Car body in good shape.
- Use a driver with level equivalent to your car and parts, but in all cases IN GOOD FORM!
- Try to sell some prepared parts. Actually, if you can invest in part preparation, do it and sell prepared parts to other players.

Cars

Your cars are parked in your garage.

They have 9 specifications :
- The top speed (Speed)
- The acceleration (Accel)
- The braking (Braking)
- The roadholding (Grip)
- The rarity (Rarity)

- The Power in bhp (Brake Horse Power)
- The weight in kilograms

- The L.min (Minimum level)
- The L.max (Maximum level)

Of course, the higher the spec is, the better the results are.
The first 5 specifications are directly linked :
- to the car.
- to the wear of its body, its engine and its chassis.
- to the parts fitted.
- to the wear of these parts.
- to the power and the weight.

The rarity gives, if over 45, an extra reward calculated in proportion with its level. This level depends on the amount of cars in the game. For example, if there are 1000 Subarous 30 Feraris bought in Ondarun, the Ferari will have a higher rarity than the Subaru, so will be the extra reward.

The L.min corresponds to the minimum level of the parts you must fit to a car. It is the level of the parts already fitted on the car when bought new from the dealer.
The L.max on the other hand, corresponds to the maximum level of the parts you can fit to a car. For example, even if you have trained your technical team to use parts of a level 20, and your car has a L.max of 15, you won’t be able to fit parts with a higher level than 15.

There are 8 different possible improvements you can make to your cars :
- Port polish (PP): Gives the car 5% more power, increases the wear of the engine.
- Displacement increase (DI): Gives the car 5% more power, increases the wear of the engine.
- Racing chip (RC): Gives the car 5% more power, increases the wear of the engine.
- Competition clutch (CC): Gives the car 5% more acceleration.
- Weight reduction (WR) : In 3 levels, gives a better weight/power ratio.
- Chassis rigidity increase (RI): Reduces the chassis distortion.
- Adjustable gearbox (AG): Allows gearbox settings.
- Aerodynamic Kit (AK): Allows downforce settings.

However, not all the cars can benefit from those improvements. When an improvement has already been done, it appears in green. When not done, in red. If the car cannot benefit from an improvement, it will be hidden.

On top of the parts wear, your car will face 3 others :
- The bodywork wear :when you have an accident, the body gets damaged. It can be repaired through your garage. The price is calculated based on the amount of damage and the price of the car.
- The engine wear : Lap after lap, the engine wears out. At some point, its efficiency decreases. You must then replace your engine.
Whether its status is 99% or 50%, the price is the same ! 30% of the price of the car from new.
And, when changing an engine, port polish as well as displacement increase have to be done again.
- The chassis wear : As well as the engine, lap after lap, the chassis faces loads of torsions and finally distorts. At some point, repairing the chassis is necessary.
The price of renewing the chassis is based on the price of the car and percentage of wear of the chassis. On top of it, an extra (500 CR) is added o the final cost.

It is also possible to adjust 4 settings on your car (gearbox, downforce, spring stiffness and ride height).

You must also take into account that cars have different types of “drive” (4 wheel drive, rear wheel drive and front wheel drive).
4 wheel drive cars (4WD), have a slight advantage on a dirt track and snow racetracks.
Beside, Other types of drive have an advantage on asphalt.

Parts

There are 8 different kinds of parts in Ondarun :
- The exhausts
- The radiators
- The turbos
- The compressors
- The ignitions
- The tyres
- The suspensions
- The brakes

There are 4 different types of tyres:
- Slick (displayed on yellow alloys)
- Rain (displayed on blue alloys)
- Mud (displayed on brown alloys)
- Snow (displayed on white alloys)

Those 4 types of tyres have to be bought separately and changed in function of the kind of racetrack and the weather conditions at the time of the race.

Note : When you purchase a car from the dealer, the 4 types of tyres are provided but when you buy it at an auction, you’ll only have the tyres already fitted.

Each of these parts are manufactured in 51 levels (L) (from 0 to 50).
They also have preparation level (PL) (from 0 to 25). The following page will explain the difference between L and PL.

Parts with a level over 10 (from 11 to 50) are only available if your technical team is trained enough.
To buy, fit, sell and use a turbo level 12, your technical team must have been trained to the level 12 in turbo/compressor.

On top of it, Ondarun has 3 categories of parts : American, European and Asian (which has nothing to do with the leagues).
You must then be very cautious when buying a part and check it is compatible with your vehicle.

Note : You can also notice that some cars have a turbo and others have a compressor, which are two completely different parts ! It is then impossible to replace a compressor by a turbo, and vice versa.

Drivers

Ondaru 2 Driver

Drivers have 7 specifications :
- The age : An older driver improves slower and gets tired faster.
- The experience : It is gained only during the races ! A driver with greater experience, will avoid more accidents.
- The form : Form is en essential factor to the good use of the driver’s capacities. A tired driver will not impress on the racetrack.
- The level : Each level provides 4 points to share between the following caracteristics :
– Keenness : a big keenness gives the driver a better perception of the racetrack at high speed.
– Swiftness : a good swiftness allows the driver to optimize the braking.
– Skill : gives the driver a better accuracy in curves.
– Mental : mental state is taken in account in the capacities to cross his limits.

We will describe more in depth these caracteristics in the following paragraphs.

To see your drivers, you must go to your office, and click on one of your drivers.

A few options are available on this page :
1. You can give points you won during races and training sessions.
2. You can change their helmet.
3. You can put a driver in the transfer market.
4. You can see a driver’s list of achievements.

Races

Races are the core of the battle. They are where you are proving yourself in order to be promoted and one day reach the top.

We’re going to see the 3 different types of races.

A race is always scheduled in advance. As soon as it is, you can see it displaying on your “Scheduled races” page.
On this page, next to each coming races, you’ll find a “orders” link allowing you to define your racing orders.

We will explain later how to give your orders, in another paragraph.

For each of these races you get rewards.

- Best lap reward (500 CR).
- Insurance compensation : received in the case of an accident where your car is destroyed. Varies with the chosen insurance type.
- Sponsor reward : varies with your position in the division, your amount of supporters and your position at the end of the race.
- Stands rewards : received when the race takes place on your racetrack, or shared with the other players, depending on the type of race. It varies with the amount of supporters.
- Rarity reward : received when the used car has a high rate of rarity.
- Rank reward : based on your position at the end of the race.

Technical Team

Your page “Technical team” will allow you to improve your skills on a few domains.

You will find there are 7 courses, representing the capacity of your team to manipulate high performance parts.
At the beginning, your skills are stuck to level 10. You will then have to invest CR in your technical team if you want to buy parts higher than level 10.
The maximum level of these skills is 50.

You will also find 3 centres.
The first one is your parts preparation centre. The level of this centre represents the PL that will be given to your parts when prepared by an engineer.
The second one is your health spa. Its level indicates your team capacity to heal and helps drivers to recover after an injury.
The third one is your training centre. The level shows your ability to train and recruit drivers.
The last two centres can be open to the public.

On top of it, this is the place where you recruit engineers and subscribe to an insurance.

Training and fitness sessions

Training and fitness sessions take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 3PM (CET).
You can schedule a training or a fitness session on each of these days for the driver(s) of your choice.
You can only schedule the following sessions.
eg : to do a training on a Wednesday, you must schedule it between Monday 3:30PM and Wednesday 2:30PM (CET).

Note: On training days, it is impossible to schedule a training or a fitness session between 2:30PM and 3:30PM (CET).

A 30 minutes training session in a normal quality is free as your sponsors pay for it.
But, if you want your drivers to improve faster, you may invest a few CR in better training, in order to offer them longer and better training. The price of the training sessions depends also on the level of your training centre.
The cost of the training will be taken from you as soon as you schedule it.
Of course, you’ll be reimbursed if you cancel the training.

Note: It is necessary to have a car to train.

Fitness sessions have also a cost that depends on the level of your health spa and the quality of the required session. These sessions will considerably improve your driver’s form.

It can happen that after an accident your driver is injured for a few days. In this case, he will be unavailable during this period.

You have the ability to increase the level of your training centre and health spa in your technical team.
This way, with a better health spa, injured drivers will heal faster and benefit with more efficient fitness sessions.
And, a better training centre will provide better training quality.
It will also allow you to open your centre to the public.

However, if you don’t want to invest in your training centre, you will be able to train your driver in another player’s training centre.

Racetracks

Every team has its own racetrack. This racetrack welcomes once a season all the teams of the division’s pool.
A racetrack has a few specifications :

1- It has a name, chosen by the players when creating their account.
2- Its surface is either tarmac, dirt track or snow (randomly defined when creating an account).
3- It is “drawn” with turns, curves and straight line rates. These 3 specifications differentiate each racetrack and make them unique.
4- It has a number of available seats. These seats allow you to welcome supporters during the races.
5- It also has notation on 5 which represents the state of the track. It doesn’t vary but has to be taken in account when setting the cars suspension.

When racing on your racetrack, an amount of supporters, calculated on the amount you already have, buy seats from you.
This racing reward is called “Stands reward”.

Overview
In this game you are a medieval lord who attacks others to grab their gold and earn glory. To do it effectively you need to build an army, invest in economy and make trade agreements and alliances with other lords. Unlike other games, everything here is fast, you don’t spend days hiding in fear behind walls to build economy before launching an attack. Due to the score/rank systems you will be able to invade others the very first day.

Score
Players are ranked depending on score. The score consists of:
1) Glory: gained through battle, it also grants morale combat bonus
2) Experience: you can train army or fight a lot, it also improves your battle power
3) Palace: you need to build this, very expensive but grants many bonuses like higher taxes, more knights & merchants
4) Technologies: build university then invest some gold to get various bonuses, each technology costs more than previous so choosing which path to take is crucial to victory.

Time
Each hour you get gold and turns (you can store up to 200 turns). Turns represents mobility of your army, you need them to attack other lords. Each day your population is increased. You get also other benefits like additional laws to issue, diamonds if you have a mine, etc.

Army
Population determines your maximum number of military units, except for knights which are determined by palace size. You should train them and provide barracks. Siege machines and fortifications are handy as well. Do not neglect training of your general, he can improve your army power by 50% or even more if you choose right technologies. You can also invent new technologies to upgrade your army capabilities.

Economy
Well, someone needs to pay for all the things above. There are three sources of income. First one, through raid, just send your army to rob another lord. The second is from taxes, it happens each hour. The last one is from trade with other lords, you need to arrange this.

Tips & Tricks
- Be quick and brave, in this game you don’t hide behind walls and wait for peasants to feed you. Attack is superior to defence (althrough some players are skilled defenders).
- The choice of technologies is important. You can’t afford everything, you need to choose your path.
- Arrange deals with other players. Sovereigns, vassals, trade partners, gift exchange, factions, kingdoms, you will soon discover what all these terms means.
- Spend your gold, or turn them into diamonds before you logout, unless you have a really tough defence.

Arms Dealer

Weapons
Here it is possible to purchase the gun. The good weapon is useful both for robberies which and for assaults. One should remember about one correctness – not always most expensive means best. Every of weapons has the different degree of injuries. In order to determine real “power” of gun we must count: injury of weapon 10

Armors
This option permits us the purchase of the bulletproof vest. The endurance of the armor is being counted in for robberies and assaults.

Guards
Here however we can employ the bodyguard for our factories, raves or whores – in this way it is possible to defend itself through sabotage planned by the competition.

Durability
The more often you use your weapon, the more it will wear, causing the durability of the weapon to gradually fall from 100% downwards. If your durability is low you can repair your weapon.

Assault

Individual assaults

In order to make the individual assault you need the 55% of the stamina as well as most importantly you need above the opponent which will have 200 of respect. Now you are only choosing from the list nick of one opponent and you are clicking “Beat the pothead”. Whether your assault will close with the success is depending from your strength and from the tolerance of the opponent (one should remember around to strength injuries of the weapon are being counted in, and to the tolerance – durability of the armor) if your strength twice is exceeding the tolerance of the opponent – then your victim is dying (Remember that for a kill you can be imprisoned), if strength is in compartment 101 – 199% of tolerance of the opponent then you will only beat the victim, but if there will happen that the tolerance of your opponent is bigger than your – you are losing.
Gang assaults

Establishing a gang assault on a given person you are attacking entire his gang, person which you are attacking can be every mobster. The same authorities are deciding the win or the defeat what in the individual assault. One should remember that in the case of the group assault it is also possible to be imprisoned in the moment when members of the attacked gang die.

Bank

At the bank we can deposit money gathered together and to it receive small interests. The difference between held by oneself but held money at the bank is so, that unsuccessful robbery is taking away the part of funds which at the moment we have “in the pocket” and left money at the bank is secure. Buildings

In the building’s option you can buy drug factories and whorehouses. The amount of buildings you can hold depend on your intelligence and tolerance and the amount of drugs they produce depend on your intelligence.Buildings are a solid investment, especially heroin, which can be sold at a very high price and is usually the main cause for people winning the round.Beware, your buildings can be sabotaged from other players at any time when having a relation.
Note: You must have some cash on hand because buildings need some money for maintenance every day, which keep buildings “in action”.

Businesses

Here at the business section, you can buy you self rave parties and night clubs.
Rave Party
To purchase 1 rave party, it costs $25000, but it can hold up to 100 users at once. You can sell 10 types of drugs in rave parties. When someone enters your rave party, they pay an entrance fee. You have to go to the business option, click the name of your business, and then scroll down and click collect earnings. All money made from selling drugs is added straight to your hand cash.
Nightclub

To purchase 1 nightclub, it costs $10000, and holds 25 people at once. Here you can sell 3 types of drugs.

In a whorehouse there’s place for 5 hookers
Hooker Mansion

In a hooker mansion there’s place for 15 hookers

Price/day is the maintenance cost to keep the place running. If you don`t have the money then it will be suspended and the debt will accumulate. The cost will be drawn automatic from your cash.

Casino

Place of entertainment where with a bit of luck it is possible to earn some $ or credits. To choose from we have two options – traditional black jack, or lottery..

Black Jack – highest rate which we can put is $ 1.000.000 and we have 3 options in a game:

The traditional dope dealer. The drug dealer sells 14 different type’s of drugs, all at different prices. The 14 different drugs(weed,booze,painkillers,magic mushrooms,opium,cocaine,heroin,lsd,amphetamine,hash,ghb,special k,morphine and esctacy)can change in amount very quickly, and can at any time reach 0. The price can also rise at any random time, occuring from police raids or large stock arriving. Every TC day you can make bussiness with dealer 15 times.

Hookers

The hookers are purchased or found(at nightlife’s) by the player. The hookers produce an amount of cash everyday, which can get higher depending on charisma. The amount of hookers you can hold is depending on charisma. If you cant hold anymore hookers, you have to buy whorehouses from the building’s section.Each whorehouse can hold a further 5 hookers, so they are a healthy investment.

The best way to use hookers is to leave them to build up in cash until late in the round, so the chances of them dying and you having to re-buy them are slim.

Gangs

If you have some friends so you can create gang. You must have at least 50 respect. Then you can send invitation to all your friends (you must have solid relationship). Or you can be invited to gang by your friend. You can accept or decline his invitation.

When you are in gang so you can do gang robbery, attack someone with all gang members. If you are in gang and someone from gang member will attacked by another gang so no only him but all your gang will attacked.

Hospital

The Hospital is where we can go to buy various medicament`s to improve our skills in Intelligence, Strength, Charisma and Tolerance for a fee per 1 unit. We can also buy here cure’s for our drug addiction(detox,methadone). Methadone is the cheapest way to get un-addicted to drugs. Buying 1 unit will give you the equivalent of a full detox.

Detox on the other hand is at a large price, and does the same job as the methadone(keeps you un-addicted to drugs for 5 times).

We(as users) can also end up at Hospital if we lose an assault, or if we overdose(by taking too many drugs) or if we get a disease from a bad hooker. Its possible to pay 10 credits for special treatment to get out of the hospital in directly.

Plastic surgery

In hospital is section  plastic surgery where you can change your face. It’s mean that all your red contact will delete. Here you can change your avatar and nickname too.

Nightlife

At the nightlife you can use drugs/hookers to regain stamina and boost spirit. If you want visit club or whorehouse you need a ticket to enter. At the beginning you get 100 tickets and then you get 12 tickets per day.

Spirit

Your spirit depends on a few factors.

If you take bad drugs, a message in red text will appear saying aoooowwwww that was some bad shit. Your spirit will then be very low, low or normal depending on the amount of bad drugs you consumed.If you took good drugs in a large amount, your spirit will be very high, causing your stamina to recharge faster than normal.

How not to overdose

Sometimes, if you take to much drugs, you will overdose and spend 2 crims hours(30 minutes real time)in the Crimcity hospital.

These are the amounts of drugs you need to consume without overdosing and gaining 100% stamina: All are based from 0% stamina

Weed = 99 Units Painkillers = 99 Units Booze = 50 Units Magic Mushrooms = 50 Units LSD = 35 Units Ecstasy = 25 Units Opium = 20 Units Amphetamine = 20 Units Cocaine = 15 Units Heroin = 13 Units

After a while, you become addicted to drugs, meaning you will have to buy a DETOX from the hospital, or if you have a tight budget, buy a unit of Methadone.

Second alternative how make up your stamina is visit whorehouse where you can buy hooker which make up your stamina. But here is risk of catching a disease when you have sex with hooker and you will  spend 12 crims hours(3 hours real time)in the Crimcity hospital.

Prison

You can be sent to prison for a number of things:

Failed Robberies

If you failed a solo robbery, or a gang robbery, you have to spend 4 crim days (24 real hours) in Crimcity prison. You can bribe the prison guards with money, or pay 10 credits to get out.
MURDER

If you assault someone and they die, you have the chance of going to prison for 1 crim day (6 real hours). Again you can pay 10 credits or bribe to get out.

Relations

Relations are contacts that you have made in Crim City. Their are two types of contact, Solid relation, and Red Relation(temporary contact).

The difference between the two is that to have a solid relation you must manually accept it yourself. You also have the option to decline the persons request to be your friend. Without a relation nobody can attack you or message you.

A red relation is a temporary contact which you can find in rave parties or nightclubs. These are often players looking to attack you for your statistics. To clean your temporary contacts you must change either your face(avatar) or your name, or if you wish, both of them.

Sabotage

Using the Sabotage option, we can hit an enemies main money supply. Once you have obtained a relation with your victim, you can choose one of three options :– – blow up some of their factories – kill some of their whores – blow up their rave/pub

In order to make sabotage we must: – to choose the victim out of persons being found at the moment on our list of contacts. – to choose what we want to sabotage (factories, rave / pub or whores) – we are planning sabotage. – we are carrying out a plan.

So that sabotage is excellent we must plan it for a while It is necessary also to take into consideration that the victim can have rented bodyguards, and then making the sabotage can be difficult. The longer we wait, the greater the chances of us successfully executing the sabotage.

Setting up a Sabotage costs us 10% of our stamina, and a little cash.

Robbery

Individual
Whether you succeed with a robbery or not depends on the following factors: 1. Your intelligence 2. Your strength 3. Some of your tolerance 4. Your weapon’s damage. 5. Your armor .
Gang robbery
As alike as in the case of the group assault in order to make any of these robberies it is necessary to be a mobster. Robberies differ from themselves in the level problem and with the number of persons needed for making them, a needed stamina is a shared feature of group robberies for attaching for the robbery – it amounts the 30%.

Secret Messages

Secret messages are messages only people in your relations list can send to you, or receive from you.

To send one of these you must have a solid relation with whoever you wish to send the message to.

The square

The square is where you gangsters go to chill out, pass some time and talk with other criminals. When in the square, their are a few rules to abide.
